«Habits for Agility».
Agility is supported by concrete behavior. In this talk I discuss a dozen habits that contribute to the ability to identify the need for change and respond in time.
Software design is most challenging when the designer is required to adapt to unforeseen changes. In this talk I will introduce Responsive Design, talk about some of its quantitative roots including the prevalence of power law distributions in software designs, and describe four strategies for safely introducing incremental design change.
