Dmitry Mramorov's business interests lie in enterprises and organizations using internet for everything, which includes paperless document flow, wide internet usage for communications among enterprises and state agencies. What's more, is that Dmitry's attention is also directed at challenges with access to public data for every person as well as practical solutions for conducting business in any part of the globe with the use of modern Cloud products for accounting and reports. Dmitry Mramorov's position is that, in solving these problems, we will be able to provide significant support for businesses in overcoming their challenges and also to help entrepreneurship in Russia grow.
One important focus area for the SKB Kontur CEO is strengthening partnerships among developers of electronic services systems and specialized communication providers. In 2010, he was one of the founders of the NP «ROSEU» association the goal of which is to build an effective branch platform for communication among the B2B and B2G services market players. On top of that, CEO of SKB Kontur takes part in the work of the Ural Cluster of Informational Technologies association.
Dmitry Mramorov believes that one of his biggest tasks is to increase the talent pool of the IT area in Ural; for many years, he has been supporting the Educational Programs project initiated by SKB Kontur with the goal of creating benign climate for IT specialists education and professional growth.
Dmitry Mramorov is a part of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the RF expert counsel as well as the Institute of Internet Development expert council. Head of the Software Products Department
Vladimir graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of Ural State University in 1980. After graduating, he spent 9 years working at the computational center of the research institute of metallurgy and thermotechnics. He developed software to solve various thermo-technical tasks. As one case in particular, he participated in creating an ACS TP (automated control system for technological processes) for hot blast stoves.
In 1989, he joined SKB Kontur and, together with Vitaliy Alferov, was tasked with releasing a salary calculation system called AMBa. His responsibilities were working with clients, client support and hiring integration specialists.
In 2000, when we started developing the Kontur.Ekstern electronic reporting system (at first, it was called Tax Reports Through Internet, or TRTI), Vladimir Bublik took responsibility for communications with authorities. He did a lot of work in regard to certification and promotion of checking programs to state agencies.
At that time, V. Bublik led the Salaries Department which dealt with such projects as the AMBa salary calculation system, the Kontur-Personal system and the Kontur.Ekstern electronic reporting system. After the structure of the company changed and there appeared functional branches, he became Head of the production branch — the Department of Software Products — and still holds the position. As Head of the SPD, V. Bublic's key task is to oversee functional branches and product departments.
SKB Kontur is not the only place of impact for V. K. Bublik. For a long time, he has been the Director of a school founded by him in 1991 together with a group of active parents (nowadays it's School #203, «Rodniki").
All these years, V. Bublik has been solving the most important questions related to the workflow of the school: from renting a building to hiring teachers, from choosing an education program to buying textbooks. It was he who brought a massive 65-kilogram bag of Elkonin-Davidov system textbooks from Kharkov. On a side note, all three of Vladimir Kuzmich's children studied at the school.
For many years, after graduating from the university, V. Bublik was doing a lot of mountain-climbing. Mountains are still a magnet for him, and nowadays he conquers summits in Sayans together with students.
Lastly, in recent years V. Bublik has had another hobby, which is construction of an ecovillage — «a harmonious environment where children, while growing up, could get an understanding for how the world works».
«We put too much focus on ourselves, on dealing with our own problems. Ideally, a person should spend 50% of their time on themselves and 50% supporting life around them» — says V. Bublik. This is the pronciple he builds his life on.

Svetlana's first major is chemical engineering: she graduated from USTU-UPI, the branch of «electrochemistry». For several years she followed her degree: she integrated complex technological processes, including launching units of circuit boards.
After Perestroyka, Svetlana Skolzkova joined an IT company that specialized in software and hardware development.
In 1997, Svetlana started working at a Pension Fund branch in Sverdlovsk region. A year prior to that there was passed a Federal bill from Mar 1, 1996 № 27-ФЗ «on Individual (personified) accounting in the mandatory pension insurance system». S. Skolzkova was one of the two people in the newly-formed personified accounting department.
Integration of personified accounting was basically a startup for S. Skolzkova. Research and configuration of software, hiring employees and their education, organizing the work of call-takers, conducting seminars for the OPFR specialists and beneficiaries — all of which was crucial for the system to start working.
At the same time, S. Skolzkova finished her second major: she graduated from USTU-UPI specializing in «informational systems in the economy».
In 2002, Svetlana joined SKB Kontur as Head of the Reporting to the Pension Fund branch. At the time, PFR reports were done electronically and delivered to OPFR on magnet carriers. S. Skolzkova's responsibilities were to build relationships with local PFR branches, to consult beneficiaries, and also to organize educational lectures and seminars.
Since 2003, the year when the Kontur-Ekstern e-reports system started expanding into regions, S. Skolzkova has born responsibility for reaching agreements with branches of the FTA and partner network development.
After changes in the structure of the company in 2007, she stepped in as Head of the Regional Development Office which combined all branches and departments tasked with promotion of the company's software products through the partners network. She spends her spare time with her family and friends. Same as the people close to her, she prefers to rest actively: she enjoys cycling, running and skiing. She also loves reading, sewing and creating interior designs — starting from an idea and finishing with doing everything with her own hands.
Being a science-driven person, Sergey graduated from two schools simultaneously: One with in-depth Mathematics studies in his hometown Pervouralsk and one home study school attached to the Moscow Physics and Technology Institute. In 2002 he started his career in SKB Kontur as a manager of integration of the AMBa salary calculation system. In 2004, as Kontur.Ekstern started to be actively promoted in regions, he became the leader of authorities communication service. He worked on engaging FTA branches and those of the Pension Fund: organized meetings, educational seminars and conferences for state entities specialists, coordinated software integration. At the same time, he was building parnerships. As a result, in 2 years Sergey managed to build working processes of the branch and set cooperation with regional authorities.
In 2006, after our company went through reorganization, he was moved to the Federal Projects office. Since 2009 he has been trusted with outside and internal investments: at first as an investment manager and then — as Head of Investments Management.
Starting from that moment, Sergey Zaripov's job is mainly connected with investments into startups that are B2B-focused and can be integrated into Kontur as well as opening branches of the company in regions. Since 2009, Sergey's involvement resulted in opening SKB Kontur Branches in Krasnodar, Rostov, Stavropol, Novosibirsk, Velikiy Novgorod and Vologda.
Aside from performing his main duties, in 2011-2012 he also functioned as regional manager in Moscow. The main goal was to meet the results set in a plan for the main product Kontur.Ekstern and to launch new products of the company onto the market of the Moscow region as well as to align approaches to work between the Moscow branch and the main office of the company in Yekaterinburg (interaction with partners, technical support for authorities, marketing etc.).
Since May 2013, he has occupied the position of Investments Director. As of today, the main focus of Sergey Zaripov is managing the investment fund of the company. The most important investments are made into development of new products, optimization of internal business processes, expansion of regional distribution network of SKB Kontur and investments into separate complementary services.

Head of Regional Development
Graduated with honors from the Ural State University of Railway Transport with a major in «systems of information transfer and distribution». After graduation, he worked at the Sverdlovsk railroad as an assistant to the network administrator of basic communication, and then integrated systems for technical management of communication networks in telecommunication companies.
In 2008, he joined SKB Kontur as the manager for the Ural federal region; in 2012, he took over the Partner Service branch, with the number of partners at the time being close to 1000. With the help of the evolutionary approach, trying different mechanisms, Gennadiy Vikulov's department developed the current model of partners network management.
One of the fundamental principles of the model is balancing between partners' involvement in the corporate culture of SKB Kontur and business specificities of a region. Each partner can rely on the support of their regional manager who is aware of the problems that a partner may face.
A second principle lies in having partners specialize in different products of SKB Kontur. Adaptation to the specificities of the market in a given region as well as to how each partner works is the most effective practice as of now.
It was logical to have created a department for Partner Network Development. After the booming growth of the e-reporting market stopped (together with active growth in partners joined), we had to use different work practices to expand our SKB Kontur partners network in regions. That being said, to sell new products the company started to attract new kinds of partners who get lots of help from the department to start selling after a short period of time.
Since 2015, Gennadiy Vikulov has been in charge of the Regional Development Office which has focused on promoting SKB Kontur products with the help of attracting partners and growing their professional value. Right now, there are more than 2700 individuals and entities in the partners network. Our plans for the future involve its further development, by entering the Crimea federal region among other things.
Gennadiy Vikulov is capable of dealing with massive volumes of information and tasks because he follows the following rules: he plans each working day in advance, he dedicates some time in the early morning to sign all documents from the day before, he sets tasks for his colleagues and keeps track of the progress during weekly meetings. This allows him to stay free of minute-to-minute distractions and still stay aware of every working process.
Gennadiy spends his free time with his wife and daughter. He likes to jog three times a week, rides his snowboard in the winter and prefers to plan out his vacation himself, avoiding popular tourist routes.
Head of Information Security
When he was choosing his major, Mikhail Srodnikh fell for «computer security» at the Mathematics and Mechanics faculty of USU because it was new and offered a lot of promises. His working experience at SKB Kontur, in its turn, allowed him not only to see how the field changes and improves, but to be part of the processes.
Before he joined SKB Kontur, Mikhail worked as a developer and then as a telecommunication networks operation engineer for the largest internet provider in Sverdlovsk region at the time.
He started his career at SKB Kontur in 2007 as Head of the Certification Center department; he took part in document and standards development as well as quality of services control and overall development of the center. He stepped in charge of the information security department of SKB Kontur at the moment of its creation, in 2009.
He is Head of the Kontur.Bezopasnost startup. Since 2012, he has also been Head of the branch for development of services to promote utilization of e-signatures and information security.
In Mikhail's view, the most exciting thing about his work is taking on global tasks, solve them and see the results that bring new benefits to clients and employees of the company. Creating such solutions that will not only be effective but also be user-friendly and easy to use.
Mikhail loves playing tennis and travelling. Married.

Since 2014, Evgeniy has been in charge of the Local Software Solutions for Accounting Automation branch which includes systems for salary calculation, accounting and personnel management. All of them are connected based on locality, which presumes their installment on site.
What he values in Kontur is freedom of choice and decision making. «It isn't easy to work when tasks aren't clearly set. It makes work much harder but, at the same time, it gives massive opportunities» — Evgeniy comments.
