Dmitry Mramorov's interests are related to application of web-technologies in the field of B2B and B2G, as well as processing and analysis of open data. Yevgeny Filatov is a member of the Board of Directors of the company since 2012. From January 21st 2019 he is CEO of SKB Kontur.
Head of the Software Products Department
Vladimir graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of Ural State University in 1980. Worked at the computational center of the research institute of metallurgy and thermotechnics. In 1989, he joined SKB Kontur and, together with colleagues launched a salary calculation system called AMBa, worked with clients, hired integration specialists.
In mid 1990-s he headed the department which combined AMBa and Kontur.Personal. When reporting on magnet media appeared, a lot of mistakes arose as users and inspections did not update software synchronously. V.K. SKB Kontur is not the only place of impact for V. K. Bublik. In 1991 together with a group of active parents he established a private school No.203 «Rodniki» and since then he is its Director. Today mountains are still of his interest and he conquers summits in Sayans together with pupils. Finally, V.K. Bublik with his relatives is building an eco-settlement.
Graduated from the Mathematics Faculty of the Sverdlovsk State Pedagogical Institute (nowadays called Ural State Pedagogical University) on «software for computational equipment and automated systems», as well as Ural Academy of Public Administration on «state and municipal management».
Svetlana Strelnikova spent more than 10 years working in tax authorities. She maintained software complexes and in 2000-s promoted Internet-reporting in the region.
Svetlana Strelnikova joined SKB Kontur in 2005 as deputy director of the internet technologies lab. She developed Kontur.Extern, connected tax authorities to the system in the regions and launched additional services for inspections and business.
In 2007 Svetlana established the Technical Customer Support Center which later became Client Service Department. Nowadays, the call center includes over 1000 employees in four regions, Department consult subscribers, as well as supervises clients’ servicing throughout the entire period of their partnership with SKB Kontur.
Since 2015, Svetlana Strelnikova has occupied the COO position in SKB Kontur. Her area of responsibility is the workflow of nine departments including the FP&A and the Legal Departments, Informational Technologies Office, Information Security Department and Internal HR Department.
Head of the E-document Flow and Communications among Enterprises
In 1978, Eduard graduated from the aero engines faculty of the Perm Polytechnic with a major in «dynamics and equipment durability».
After graduating from the university he moved to Yekaterinburg, at that time called Sverdlovsk, and was checking the durability of railroad transport constructions. He then worked at the Institute of Metallurgy Thermotechnics where calculated alloy movement under the influence of electromagnetic field.
In 1992 he joined SKB Kontur as a developer and an integration specialist for the AMBa salary calculation system (at present Kontur.Zarplata); he later became Head of the AMBa development group. In 2001, while still supervising development at AMBa, stepped in as Head for the Kontur.Personal project.
In 2007 he became Head of Development Department. He established a department based on which it was possible to create services for mass use and repeat the success of the Kontur.Ekstern system. He formed departments and project teams, hired specialists. Teams of service development such as Normativ, Elba, Buhgalteria, Diadoc, CA cabinet and Focus were formed with his involvement, own studio of web developments was established, department of researched and new developments was open.
In 2009 he became a member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Financial Committee. In 2013, he stepped in as Head of the E-document Flow and Communications among Enterprises.
In his spare time, Eduard Romanocvich reads Russian classic literature and fantasy. Married, has five children.
Head of HR Department
Graduated from USTU-UPI in 1988 the branch of «electrochemistry». In 2011 graduated from the same university on specialty «information systems in economics».
In 2002, Svetlana joined SKB Kontur as Head of the Reporting to the Pension Fund branch. In 2007 headed HR Department.
She is responsible for complex approach to the life of employees including image of employer, search and hiring personnel, personnel accounting, development of specialists, internal communications, development of corporate culture, reimbursement, benefits and social guarantees.

Since 2013, he is responsible for investment projects and manages investment fund of SKB Kontur. He defined what the company shall invest in: which services to launch, which companies to buy.
Sergey is keen on travelling by car: he travelled through all the Eurasia, participates in car around-the-world expedition «OurWorld».
Head of Development Management
Alexander Golubev graduated from the USU's Institute of Mathematics and Computer Sciences on «computer sciences». He joined SKB Kontur in 2011 as an intern. He soon became a developer for the Certification Center Account; in 2013 —project's team leader; in 2014 — development manager.
In March, 2018 he became Head of Development Department. Ensures development of existing services and launch of new services in the field of development of software. In particular, he is responsible for effective cooperation among developers, analysts, testers, designers and UX researchers; he supervises training of DM specialists, creation of general infrastructural solutions that allow quick launch of new projects, etc.

Graduated from Ural State University on specialty «World economy» in 2015.
Joined SKB Kontur in 2011 as a marketing manager — launched promotion of Office 365 in cooperation with Microsoft.
In half a year he became a head of sales office. He scaled telephone sales: initially there were 5 employees in the department, and at present it is Federal sales center and around 500 employees in several cities.
«We understood that it is possible to generate new sales technologies and formed a separate Methodology and Sale Development Department. It develops new sales tools, adapts existing technologies to new products and markets, tests hypotheses, giving sales departments tools with verified and confirmed efficiency» — Anton sais.
At the moment Anton’s team works on the task to have a unified sales system in the company, and all the sales persons develop good and perform sales tasks in different regions.

Head of International Projects
Graduated from mathematical and mechanical department of UrGU (at present UrFU) on specialty «information systems in economics». In 1999 being a student of 3rd year joined SKB Kontur. Developed platform «Active» which enabled simplification creation of business applications, and then developed Kontur.Personnel on its bases.
After successful completion of works on basic version of the product, Igor moved to Moscow as a developer of software for research labs at invitation of a foreign company, and then became a manager of projects for customized developments.
In 2007 Igor returned to SKB Kontur as a manager of Kontur. Personnel, and then started development of a new product — Kontur.Otchet PF which joined Kontur.Extern system.
After a break for development of his own startup, from October 2011 Igor headed technical team of Kontur.Buhgalteria, and then development of Billy billing system.
In 2013-2018 headed Development Department. Supported democratic and family atmosphere in the department — a main component of creative work.
In 2018 headed international projects of SKB Kontur. «The company reached entering foreign markets. We have a lot of tasks — detailed development of strategy, field researches, check of hypotheses. Our direction combines several teams. We hope that soon our efforts will lead to one or several new products», — Igor Ustuzhanin tells.

When he was choosing his major, Mikhail Srodnikh fell for «computer security» at the Mathematics and Mechanics faculty of USU because it was new and offered a lot of promises. His working experience at SKB Kontur, in its turn, allowed him not only to see how the field changes and improves, but to be part of the processes.
Before he joined SKB Kontur, Mikhail worked as a developer and then as a telecommunication networks operation engineer for the largest internet provider in Sverdlovsk region at the time.
He started his career at SKB Kontur in 2007 as Head of the Certification Authority Department. He took part in development of documents, security standards and standards of services quality for CE. In 2009 he established and headed Information Security Department.
He is Head of the Kontur.Bezopasnost startup. Since 2012, he has also been Head of the branch for development of services to promote utilization of e-signatures and information security.
In Mikhail's view, the most exciting thing about his work is taking on global tasks, solve them and see the results that bring new benefits to clients and employees of the company. Creating such solutions that will not only be effective but also be user-friendly and easy to use.

Graduated UrFU on two specialties – «psychology» and «HR management». Joined SKB Kontur when she was a student as a technical support specialist. Helped to hire new employees to technical support department.
In 2007 became a head of HR department, in 2010 — Deputy Head of Administrative Issues Department. Supervised work of HR and training departments. Was a co-author of principles of Clients Service Department which help to new-comers to understand atmosphere, values, culture of technical support. Helped to motivate, adapt and professionally train personnel.
In 2018 Alexandra became Head of Clients Service Department. Today there are over 1000 employees in the department in four cities and 14 subdepartments supporting over 30 products of the company.

In 2009 became a development manager of ARM-Proem, and in 2010 — one of development managers of Kontur.Extern. Since 2016 he heads Kontur.Extern project. In 2018 headed «Services for travelling» direction including Extern, Normativ, NDS+, Expert and other solutions.

Since 2007 is a head of Kontur.ZhKH. Is an expert in the field of large information systems of local level: social protection of population, housing and public utilities, passport accounting. Since 2014 is a head of Local software for accounting automation department including salary calculation systems, accounting systems and personnel management systems.

Graduated from Mathematical and Mechanical Faculty of UrGU in 1982. In 1987 together with Vladimir Vasiliev and Alexandr Davydov established SKB Kontur. After 1993 participated in establishment of a bank, headed financial service of a company, supplying coil from Kazakhstan to Russia and Russian goods to coal minings of Ekibastuz, headed large company engaged in industrial services.
In 2015 returned to SKB Kontur. Heads customer service on construction and development of company’s office at Shirokaya Rechka in Yekaterinburg: protects interests of investoe and controls funds spending.
In 2017 with start of construction of II building of the office, an ides appeared to scale the project and create Kontur.Park – scientific and technological complex on the area of 16.8 hectare. Olga Smirnova is a professional with experience in project management in the sectors of IT, financial and bank services. She graduated from the USU in 2003 with a major in «linguistics»; from the Metropolitan State University of Denver (USA) with a major in «international projects management».
Olga worked at Western Union and headed development and launching main line of products onto the market: electronic and cash money transfers, payments and cards for advance payments. In 2009, Olga formed and stepped in charge of a project office dealing with money transfers.
In 2012 joined SKB Kontur. In 2012-2013, Olga launched product portal kontur.ru, started a joint project with Sberbank on launching a portal for small businesses called Delovaya Sreda, was responsible for launching on the market of service for outsourcing of accounting services — Kontur.Buhta. Later she leaded «Services for Internet-banks» area/ Under its management the team launches and implemented Svetofor — service for express check of contractors at sending payment in internet-bank, and later — service Kontur.Prizma for automatic check of clients under 115-FZ in dozens of Russian banks.

In 2008 graduated from Moscow Engineering and Physical Institute on specialty «Automation and management of technical systems». After graduation worked as a programmer in a company-partner of 1C. In several years became head of development department.

In 2013 became a manager of development of Kontur.Buhgalteria.
Since 2015 he is a manager of Kontur.Buhgalteria. He is responsible for budget and annual growth, development of Kontur.Buhgalteria and cooperation of specialists inside the project. He tries to unite a team with a general goal — make useful service making users happy and bringing profit to the company.

Graduated from the faculty of psychology of UrFU, master degree. Worked as a business trainer and consultant on organizational development in consulting company.
Joined SKB Kontur in 2010 as a training manager. Conducted strategic planning sessions for top management and trainings for business negotiations.
